I am using Aircel prepaid mobile with number 98417 81035 for the past many years.
Recently I have recharged with 3G pack of Rs.103 for 400 MB data for 28 days.
The validity period is 04 Nov 2015 to 01 Dec 2015.
But during this period, when I used 3G data, instead of reducing the data from this pack, my main account got deducted.
When I asked many times with customer care, they said there is a technical problem and the deducted amount will be refunded, which was never done so far.
Surprisingly when I called the customer care today, they said they had already refunded the amount. This is shocking and I feel totally cheated by Aircel.
I want my amount to be refunded immediately with an intimation message.
Please do the needful without any further delay.
