I feel this review is:
I m from jank.in her Aurelia very bad in terms of customer service.they activate offers etc to ur mobile no without letting u know. .when u call at first they will say your voice is not clearly audible .I m not able to listen u have to disconnect the call.after disconnecting the call when u try again then they said about all representive are busy u may stay on tje line r may disconnect and your call disconnects and they get our money. .they block customer for 7 days.and even when you have taken the loan and if u manage to recharge your account some how their will not debit it money in 24hoirs of loan they will after 24 hr to get additional fees r interest on that .at last I want to say that Aircel sucks .in their customer care facilities and their bad policies.
