I have taken broadband connection from airtel , datacard from Reliance , Vodafone , Airtel , Tata Indicom but never been disgusted more than aircel .I took two data cards one unlocked and one from aircel .
I took two dongle sims from aircel since I got recommendations from friends that is offers good speeds at cheap rates. But I soon realized that the rates are not cheap but the operator is very cheap in nature .
Why Aircel is cheap ?
The data card will not work for 95% of the time
The customer service will have 10, 000 excuses to hide for their in competencies
The speeds will be over 1 mbps for only 10-15 mins in a day and rest of the 23 hours and 45 mins it will be below 15-20 kbps . Yes , less than dial up connection
You will have thousands of new errors that you need to fix with the customer care
- It does not have a nodal office and the appellate authority people are cheap and unprofessional. They are looking to defend rather than resolve
