I have taken aircel connection before five months. Since than I am facing issues like anything. There is no network connection most of the time. 3G runs slower than 2G of BSNL and only wastage of money. There is no 2G speed at all, you can not even open google.com with their 2G speed. For past one month I am complaining them on network issues. And the reply I got was completely irritating, They informed via SMS and mail that there is no network issue in my area.
By getting unwanted benefit of the same problem they insisted me to take monthly subscription of miss call alert by paying 30/- per month. Now every day I am getting 10-15 miss call alert as they people trying to reach me are not at all able to reach me at any cost. And after 2-3 hour I used to get a miss call alert.
The customer care is absolutely worst type, They never listen to customer concern of coverage and simply keep on asking useless question to annoy him for no reason. In case they lodge a network complain withing 2-3 day they close the ticket without asking the customer about his comment on the same.
Last time I argued with them on the same, then they told very boldly that we can not provide network in your office area and do what ever you want.Avoid taking aircel connection at any cost. Cheap things are always cheap only
