I opted for this service hoping to get better and relatively economical 3G data plans.
Right from the beginning I did not get a positive experience with their customer care and online website as well! Still I managed to find an Aircel Gallery and got a 3G prepaid number.
If you call their customer care from external number(You are still not on Aircel and mention that clearly in IVR options) still they talk to you as if you have Aircel number e.g. send SMS to 121 etc etc
Most of their customer care representatives over phone speak like drunkards. You can hardly make out what they are saying and they simply don’t understand what your point is
Online website, most of the drop down list is just not sorted, so many places listed under ‘Store Locator’ say in Mumbai, hardly anyone returns any results!
To my disappointment, while they have several categories under Online web recahrge(2G, 3G, top ups, rate cutters etc) 3G recharge online simply is not enabled. That’s what I was primarily interested in!
My service request for the same was simply closed after 1 day and when I called customer care, after a few call transfers and hold time of over 15 minutes, finally the person on other end said, 3G recharge currently not possible online, whenever it happens we shall let you know.
