I am using aircel for three years and I never get satisfied with their network .whenever I travel to my village it gives very bad network to me. when I came to city it shows the signal. Aircel has bad network for 3g internet it does not cover whole city of Hyderabad only some public places I get aircel 3G network.
NETWORK: The Network is very bad of aircel in Hyderabad compares to others networks aircel does not have 4G connection in Hyderabad. they are giving very high data packs when the time of all network connection are giving free calling and data packs. Aircel is not giving any kind of free services to the customers so why we use the Aircel network. And so many times it showing that your sim has blocked.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service of aircel is very bad whenever I call to the customer call center twice they block my numbe.r After that I went to aircel office at chinthal the talking behaviour of that person is very bad he give me very bad service and he is asking money for that service they did not give any better option to use aircel and now I am change my network to others networks.
CHARGES AND BILLINGS: Sometimes they cut the charges for irrelevant service that I am not activated that service they cut lot of money from my balanace and I am not get any refund from there aircel.
