My aircel number is 865560xxxx. A balance of 80 was deducted from my number on 10th of July. I complained about it to the customer care and they said that the complaint has been made you will get your refund in 24 hrs. but that didn't happen.
30 were deducted again and that too they didn't refund. They just asked me to call after 4 hrs. and when I did that they denied to have any registered complaint under my number previously made by me. I even had the complaint number with me given by the executive.
