I recently ported my previous number from one company to aircel. For first three months aircel is providing me promotional offers such as lower call rates, free internet and messages.
But after completion of 3 months the rates becomes high ( about 1rs or more for 1min ) .
Also when I tried to get my balance details via ussd code ( *125#) it says the system is busy please try again later. My balance was also started to deduct for no reason. I tried to call customer care but all their lines are busy. So I finally have to visit aircel shop ( gallery) and they told me my balance was deducted for no reason but they still cant help me. Network coverage is below the mark. You won't get network in villages or building.
