Hey, I am user of Aircel sim form New Delhi and I want to share my review about Aircel Customer Care Services which implies me in very very disappoint on my expectation.
Here what happen:-
One day I call to customer care of aircel in evening and receiver answer the call, but all I hear is too much noise, very hardly I tell my problem and the girl on other side ask for wait. so I wait after few minute I got Answer to make call again.
After that I tried once again, at this she again ask for wait and I answer "ok. No problem", but I hear little conversation of another side of my call, the girl shout and try to ask somebody for solve my problem but because of massive noise it take a while, next to this she gave a No. to dial and she told me that will help but this was effortless, the No. she gave me doesn't work.
But after that next day I make a call(approx at 11:30 am)to customer care for another problem, they answer to my call and after hearing my problem I a very rude and careless manner they told me that "sir plz try again after 4 hrs, because of technical defect currently we can't help you". I didn't mind but that on that day I was so busy so I didn't try again.
Next day I tried again(approx at 2:40 pm) again, after hearing my problem they told me that "we are facing some technical difficulties, sir please try again after 4 hrs ". Now this I told them that last time I got same answer, but they didn't do anything.
After 4 hrs I tried but I faced connection problem.
Next day again I got same excuse on sharp 3:16 pm and again calling after 4 hrs, a; All I got the same excuse INSTEAD OF SOLUTION.
I am seriously disappointed, I never expected this from Aircel.
