Hello friends,
This review is all about my Personal experiance with Aircel(sorry if you find any spelling mistake)
2 years before I bought an Aircel sim card knowing about its cheap price of plans.I went to a shop and asked for the sim and I got that only 80 rswithout any ID proof I thought it was ok to get without ID.
I enjoyed the internet experience on my mobile.
But later on when I came to know that its an dongle sim in which no balance plans work. then I came to know that this was the reason why my id was not taken.
The most important thing was that not knowing it as a dongle sim I gave that no. to everywhere and every one
so now in order to convert my sim into a normal sim I contacted there service center but the result was not positive.they said that the sim can not be converted to the normal sim.so I decided to use the sim as dongle sim.but it was getting me some more money to spend in the balance.
so at last I went to the office in my city.and there I found a solution for the sim.finally my dongle sim was converted into a post-paid sim.
after converting into a postpaid sim my problem again started and now it was massive.i was at a plan that after I cross 500 rs my all services were getting banned.so till the time I did not pay the amount I was unable to call any one even if I was at any problem.so I being a massive user of a phone my limit of 500 rs get used to cross at after every 20 day of the payment. and the last 10 days I was always at a no service.
so I decided to convert it into prepaid sim.then I came to know that I have to 6 months for that to be done.so I paid more than the required amount on that postpaid sim.
finally after 6 months my sim converted to prepaid sim.them even massive problem started. with new prepaid sim .when ever I recharged my account with any amount wether of 10 20 100 all my money used to get vanished in the other second.that was really annoying to me.i always used to contact to the service center to get rid of the services which were deducting my main balance.the CSE always used to say that there are no such service activated so when I asked for my refund they would say that they can not refund my money.i requested for potability but by giving some good offer I changed my mind.i cannot change my no because it is located everywhere .so at last I decided that I will only recharge with the minute pack.
I recommend not to buy aircel sim if these kind of problem continue
