Whenever I call customer care they say it wil be soon available and they said it 3 years ago the same.
aircel is still providing 2G data. And aircel must also work on providing proper network.
There is no code to check net balance and expiry of the pack too . When I try to check as code told by customer care it shows no pack activated.
I am using Aircel for internet browsing etc. I purchased the plan 2G pocket internet at Rs 225/- for 60 days Unlimited. The range is very good(full signal strength) but the downlink rate is miserable, most of the time it stands.
it has been difficult to download the Google page due to this poor downlink rate. I must say this is cheating of the highest order and not worth giving it a second try. This is the worst service that I have ever used. I dont recommend it anyone
