Aircel is not good. Network
disconnects automatically. The
only thing is call rate is cheaper
in aircel compare to other
networks but the network is very
poor even in city also and the 2g
network is very slow. sometimes
I am not getting any single point
of network signal, Very poor
customer care response and the
customer care bridge is not
connecting in most of the time.
Most of the days money
deducted automatically from my
main balance.
If I try to reach the customer
care at the critical situation but I
am unable to reach aircel
customer care.
Please try to resolve these
issues at the earliest. Aircel needs to Improve Network
Coverage and Voice Quality

are not Professionalized and
Useless
Aircel Network Needs to Deploy
Cisco Systems in Order to Give
Service
Aircel Needs to Deploy More
Number of Towers in
Maharashtra and Goa, Kolkata
and West Bengal, Bihar and
Jharkhand, Where Their Network
is Extremely Bad Than that of
Other States
