I'm Rasheed Usmani, a poor and well harassed airtel customer with a moblie number 09867861848. I took this pre-paid sim 2 months ago from a dealer in Kurla-Mumbai but got it registered after around a month at Powai-Mumbai. I submitted all the required documents but suddenly after 15 days when I refilled it with Rs. 333 I got a message that I cant make calls because my documents are not submitted. I went again to the dealer and submitted the documents but of no use. As I'm a working professional I don't get time to go round and round to their offices (It reminds me of being in a typical government department, where you have to run from one table to another to get your job done). Then I got a call from 09892549538, with a request to get my number converted into a post-paid one. I agreed but they took approximately 20 days to take documents and Rs. 600 fees amount from me. Anyways while taking money they told me that it'll get done in 3 days but now even after 6 days I'm still with nothing in hand. Today I got another call from this number and a lady who doesn't have manners to talk to customers told me bluntly that it'll further take 3 days to get activated. Now I'm litterally feeling very helpless.
We (The People) make a brand like "Airtel" and ofcourse if we can make anything, we can destroy it the same way. I invite people to lets unite and let them know that yes we are customers and they need us.
