Grievance Redressal Mechanism – Responsibility of Airline
I wonder how an airline having 7 months of experience can screw up so much. If there is anything lesser than single star I would rate this. I shall expect someone resposnible(if there is one in Air Pegasus) understand the sheer frustration, inconvenience and financial losses I underwent on my very first flight. If someone calls me, that should be Mrs Rena Rachael or Mr Shyson Thomas address me.
If they call me within the next 7 days, I would understand the seriousness of this brand
