Bad!Bad!!. Review on Air India

I got a chance to fly with air india from New Delhi to Trivandrum during my last summer vaccation time.The incident happened on the air india counter when I went to collect my tickets was a bitter one.When the passengers were called , along with the others I went to their counter.After long waiting, I got my chance.But after checking my passport and other details they suddenly said , sorry sir we didnt receive a booking from some one named like you.What? I was astonished to here that.They asked to proceed to a farther away counter for further queries.They were also helpless and asked me to talk with their chief superentend.After a long talk with that lady my booked ticket was found and confirmed.I had actually a place in the flight , but because of their inefficiency I lost my previous time.The flight was outrageous.It was like an old hag.So disguisting to watch.The seat was torn all over .The flight was shacking tremendously during take off.I was scared .The Tv was not at all working , saying it was temporarly disconnected.At the start of my flight I asked for some water from one of the wir hostess and they promised ro give some after the flight took off.The odds was they just vanished in thin air after the flighg took off.They werent seen till the flight landed on the ground.Without a tv they gave me a third rated headphone , which was a junk .Hated the flying.Wont need ti do it again.Worst.!
