I found Air India is only Airline given a very worst experience in my entire lifetime.
We had confirmed air ticket from Dubai to Chennai, in Dubai Airport, Air India Airport In-charge offload myself and my wife to favor some one at the last minute given our seats.
We were going to Chennai for son's Grade XI admission, his certificates, school related documents all held up in Dubai, not send my luggage on time which I lost my son's seat from the school. Moreover, my wife is diabetic and her medicines including insulin are all in luggage. Three days we don't have cloths to change. Such a irresponsible airline.
I found every Air India office given us such a bad experience. no one is there to help and solve our issues. After long arguments Air India Dubai Airport In-charge send us Dubai to Bombay and Bombay to Chennai. Which we overcome a very difficult time.
My advise, every citizen of India should avoid using AIR INDIA flights, then only they will realize importance of passengers and value of people.
