On its own there are plenty of superb brains than other co airlines. Regret it is state owned and you can see the disaster. If Tata is owning then the result would have been something different. Patriotic Air Indian. I advice every one to please ignore the media which has different take on coverage. The security of the airline is far better than any other airlines.
The staff are more courteous than the ones in other us airlines. some of the cabin crew is old and not hot that doesn't mean they are not hospitable. The on time performance has improved and steps are in place for further improvement. Take my word nothing wrong with the software and hardware of this airline. The parential control ie. government is the main cause. Relax you will see a better product in coming days. Please dont boo this lovely airline.
