Best airlines for me so far. Review on Air India

We just came back from india 2 days ago and this time we tried air india inspite of so many bad comments on this very site about our own national airlines but I m so glad I dint trust those comments . my experince was wonderful specially coming back . food was excellent just too good and all air hostess were very nice , I had 2 year child with ous and everybody were very helpful including few passengers . while going to india I wud say we were not happy as tv on our seat was not working whole flight and we got quiet bored but we really dint miss it much as we never got much free time . and when we complained about it to supervisor ... we got so satisfied even though he cudnt fix our problem but he heard ous so nicely and apologised so nicely that I cant explain in words . I have never seen such a wonderful customer service . he was a aged man very very polite and he was saying air india is trying best to improve itself . loos were little problem in the end of flight as they got dirty but overall its the best airlines so far I have traveled last time we traveled by lufthansa and my experience was very bad .. it had bad service and worst food

i m very happy with air india and would travel by it only .

i wish it all the best and just hope they wud keep improving it so we indians can feel proud about our natioanl airlines as against some indians who feel ashamed traveling in their own national airlines
