Air India is a government airline and is also called as Tata Airline.
Being having government airlines, its responsibility do increases itself.
I recently travelled From patna to Delhi via Air india and the journey was quite good for me with it.Although Air india airlines lacks punctuality.They must improve their quality in terms of punctuality. The flight attendants were responsive and they provided me the better sevices and facilities throughout the journey.
Seats are comfortable and there is a proper care for hygenic and cleanliness of the plane.The Seating space is spacious.One Can seat comfortably in each seat.
The staffs services was very kind.They were kind to their words.The food provided by them was actually fresh and clean.I was surprised to see such a well class facility by Air India. You can have food of your choice i.e veg or non veg. Beverages are also get served i.e tea or coffee. Airhostesses were well trained and well uniformed. Overall it was great to travel with Air india airlines.
All is need to be more punctual and its actually best for economy class.
