I had already send this below email for several times, but no response from indian airlines yet for about 10 months, their service sucks!!!!!!!
Dear Indian Airlines,
(If this mail is read by any Indian Airlines Staff, please be kind enough to forward it to the appropriate person)
I already send the below email to all the email ID mentioned below. And in fact I got reply from one staff saying that this email has been forwarded to the concern department.
It’s been 9 months now since I have submitted my return ticket for refund. Still no words from Indian Airlines!!!!!
Incase if you are reading this email for the first time, please read the below email which I have already sent. The ticket from where I bought M/s. Akbar Travels says that Indian Airlines normally don’t respond properly to ticket cancellation refund request!!!! At that time I thought they are not telling the truth. Well now your 9 months silence proves they are right.
I don’t know what kind of email I have to send to get any good common sense response from you. I’m disappointed with Indian Airlines.
IF YOU CAN’T REFUND MY RETURN TICKET FARE, WHY DON’T YOU SAY IT LOUD AND CLEAR TO ME?
PLEASE DO RESPONSE; KEEPING SILENT WILL NOT HELP ME OR YOU!!! I DON’T WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AND YOURS.
