Being an Indian I don't travel through air india.I think it does not deserve to be travelled through.I was coming back from Uk to Bombay and belive me it was the worst journey of my life.
The timings are very bad.Air India is always late,when I was travelling it took off late by an hour.The food and the service was horrible and the plane was not in a hygenic condition. It was not even cleaned up properly and they always use the same blankets and pilows for the next flight, they dont even take the pains to wash them.
The quality of the food was extremely horrible and they dint even serve drink with the food.If we asked for drinks they will get it after a long time n they will give stupid excuses like they dont have ice and all.The toilets were really dirty and the staff was very rude.
It is the most unhygenice airlines.They dint even have enogh space to keep things and they showed crap movies and useless stuff.there was nothing for entertainment.I was on that plane for about 10 hrs.It was so horrible that I dont ahve words to explain it.I will just tell you that don't ever travel throught air india.
I WILL RECOMMEND YOU EMIRATES.IT IS THE BEST AIRLINES AND OF COURSE DELTA.
