I had booked two tickets through GOIBIBO. One in Air India(JQMS7 ) and the other in Air India Express(AX65PS). I had to cancel tickets because of an emergency reason but I was unable to cancel/reschedule my flight tickets and I was in a huge loss of time and money because of their irresponsible attitude. Even GOIBIBO was unable to reach AIR INDIA.
It was completely caused because of their technical malfunctions or customer service relocation , so I kindly requested them to process the refund for both the tickets.
It was so kind of Air India Express to apologize for the inconvenience and they processed the refund immediately. But I don’t know what kind of employees run the show in Air India, where everyone points the other for answering a simple query.

After all these total disappoint I’ve written about this to Honorable Prime Minister, keeping in mind Air India is the flag carrier airline of India. My India is always put into shame because of few irresponsible govt. officers.I will fight till the end to live with my rights that Mother India has given me.
I am eagerly waiting for the reply from Air India and PM’s office.
