I am a frequent traveller, took air india flight for the first time to India. They missed one of my bag and kept in the Chicago ORD airport for 15 days(still havent received the baggage).
I called appr 125 times(seriously.I saved the detailed phone calling with all the details and even I recorded some of them which are useful to support my legal suit) to different phone nos. I have never seen such a baggage customer service in my life.
It takes atleast 10 phone calls before someone would answer the call. The customer service people are Irresponsible, Inefficient, Inappropriate and not at all knowledgeable.
No body has any info regarding my bag except the bag is in ORD airport. I am going to file a suit on Airindia. Please share if any of you has any experience suing air india in the US.
I sincerely advice not to fly in Air India unless the fare difference is really significant.
