Recently I traveled to US and back with Air India, as a customer when you're paying so much amount you expect to get required amenities like in flight working entertainment system, proper care by the flight staff on a long journey of 16hrs.This flight lacked both, firstly the entertainment system i.e the small tv attached to every seat was not working due to some technical defects so it got very irritating to spend that time in flight. Secondly, the staff was not courteous, they didn't served any drink just kept for self service.All in all it could be a horrible travel if not for some good company I got chatting with whom the time was spent.
