The check in process is always very smooth travelling with Air India. There are many check-in counters available for Air India, everywhere on the planet so that the check in happens swiftly and smoothly. The flight is mostly on time, with a smooth departure and landing. The in flight experience with Air India is always great, the staff is always very good and friendly to its passengers. The legroom was great as well. The food tasted amazing!
