I have traveled with air india twice and both of my experiences are very bad. Both times flight got delayed by an hour and there is un necessary delay without even informing customers. Also at check -in its total mis management. Inside seating and environment and air hostess are fine but the airlines have most common and biggest problem punctuality.
Even boarding staff wont know anything about flight departure time and current status.
