Yesterday, early morning I was in domestic airport to fly for Chennai. I was in the check-in counter where the lady was kind enough to let me know proactively & helped me with handing over my my return boarding pass to me. It was as WOW experience for me as I thought that now I would not be required to stand in the long que to get my tickets.
I reached on time & now while returning back I just had to have my security check (I was just carrying my laptop). Went inside the plane and took my seat. After 10 minutes the surprise came to me. The seat number which I was having (8A) was also given to an old lady. We were amused to see this kind of blunder in seating arrangements.
The female crew leader who was operating the flight didn't even came for an apology when I denied to change my seat, instead the eyebrows were UP this time. They managed to control the situation but it was shocking how 1 seat can be assigned to 2 different people. The services were good except of this BIG Blunder of assigning 1 seat to two different people. Has any one of you experienced this ever?
