I am registered with the Air India Frequent Flier Programme with the Number 103224823 and Name spelt out as Mungila Hillemane Suryanarayana on my FPP card. As per the requirement, I have also submitted my passport details wherein my name, following the procedure, is spelt out as specified in my matriculation certificate Mungila Hillemane Sooryanarayana I have mentioned both the names in my profile. Still Air India refuses to grant me reward points even after submitting an affidavit from the Mumbai court that both refer to the same person. The reason given by Air India for rejecting my claim on reward points is that the name(M H Suryanarayana) in the ticket does not match with the name in the passport( Mungila Hillemane Sooryanarayana).
