Air India is nothing short of a National Shame.
Pilots and staff that behave like local municipal politicians - going on strike or taking an off whenever they want.
Cabin Crew that gets upset when you expect them to do a job they get paid for.
And flights that are RARELY on time. Everything seems to be going wrong with Air India. Also the employees know that they are government employees so cant be fired easily, so they really dont give a f#ck about anything.
They managed to exceed my expectations and lost my bag on a 2 hour direct one way flight. They coyuld not trace the bag for over 5 months, no compensation and no communication.
How do you lose a bag on a 2 hour direct flight! Wanna know how - Only Air India can do it.
