Air India Airlines............. Awful. Review on Air India

I booked a flight for Bangalore to Delhi and that was our worst experience. Our connecting flight got postponed and there was no support from airlines. customers support guys said that they cannot help in this matter and we need to contact to the airport staff. We got in touch with airport staff but they also denied to help us and recommended us to get in touch with admin people and shared the number of admin. We called them and after one hour they respond our call and told us that they will call us back in half an hour. we got a call from them after half an hour and they said to collect ticket from admin office. After many requests and after sharing urgency that we have to report in our office on Monday they email us the ticket. Now if talk about flight, space between seats was not enough and behavior of staff was also not favorable. I just want to suggest Air India to stop torturing passengers else no body will travel with you.
