Worst airlines ever is AIR INDIA, they will keep on re-directing you toother personnel. they will tell you call the agent, affiliate airlines, or make the change itinerary payment about 600 miles away. how da helldo you do this when you wanna leave in a day or 2. offices are closed, air india wont accept electronic payments. seems like they areoperating from a world-war country.
india is advancingtechnologically, ministers have personal airplane for leisure but theonly big airline cant operate better than a home-run call center.
DONOT DEAL WITH AIR INDIA, I WASTED 5 HOURS ALREADY TO TRY TO MAKE ONECHANGE TO MY FLIGHT. I HAD TO TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS, BUT I CANT UNLESS IMAKE AN EIGHT HOUR DRIVE TO CHICAGO TO MAKE THE CHANGES OR BUY A NEWFLIGHT FOR 50, 000 RUPEES.
WORST SERVICE EVER.EMBARASSED TO SAY AIR INDIA IS STILL AFFILIATED WITH INDIA.
