I still prefer to fly by Indian Airlines because of the following reasons:
It is our national carrier so in spite of some problem we should support them but never forget to register your protest
Person like me more interested in service. We do not travel to get company of beauties. What is required is to improve there service.
Almost all economically feasible sites are connected by them. Ont only that, they are running some flights just to provide service to the nation e.g. flight to many places of north-eastern sector. Without these services it will be very difficult for the citizen to get emergency help in those remote areas.
They have improved a lot in recent years. To much of trade union activities has reduced std. of service. This trade union are supported by all political parties. And we support this political parties.
I feel atleast 80% safe when I travel by IA.
Indian Airlines service is much better than many European domestic flights including that of Lufthansa, KLM (economy class)
They provide service free of cost during disaster
There are equal number of negative points also
Like many other PSU they are also not in a position to become a professional organisation. A professional group will manage the show in a much better way. Of course in such case public service like help during national disaster may be affected. According to me its a over-crowded organisation - too many employees and most of them are not motivated enough to provide better service. A drastic change in management only can save this organisation.

As of today, I write better but I must acknowledge the efforts taken by some members to help me to write better.
