I flew from Mumbai to delhi on 7th july 2016 by economy class. The economy class toilet was dirty and there was tissue paper and garbage spread on the floor of toilet amd nobody was cleaning it. The crew first served peanuts and soft drinks. I requested them to serve me tea instead of soft drinks, the crew member was rude and told me to wait until dinner to have a tea, that day I got headache that was why I was asking for a tea.
My tv remote was not working so I requested to the crew to have a look after it and they made me wait for 1 hour. I did not dared to ask them about remote because they were very rude and I did not wanted to disturb my mood. Overall very terrible experience.
