I recently booked tickets to fly to Singpaore in Air India Express. I got a shock when I entered the flight. The flight was too small and seats were too close to each other. I could not even stretch my legs and relax. It was so tiring even to sit comfortably. The food was even more horrible. I never expected Tamarind Rice to be served on the flight. Me and my co passengers started laughing.
Along with the rice they also served juice and a jam bun. The Jam bun was like a stone, so hard and it had no jam :(. I returned the food and asked for another juice, but it did not arrive. I had to wait for 45 minutes for a juice inspite of giving reminders. They played a Tamil movie but audio was not heard. I asked the the airhostess. She brought a headset and asked me to pay 2 SGD so that she could give me the head set and I could hear the audio for the movie. I told her I dont need the headset .It was a disgusting experience.
