The most unreliable airline- Air Costa. Review on Air Costa

I had a very bad experience with this airline. I was suppose to attend a meeting in Bangalore and from there I had to go to Mumbai. When I reached airport I got to know that the Air Costa flight has been cancelled. They didn't even care to give a prior notice about the cancellation. Because of this I couldn't attend the meeting and I had to cancel the Mumbai flight. and top of that when I asked about the refund, instead of talking to me in a pleasing manner they started arguing with me that they would prefer to book another ticket for the next day. then I asked them to book a ticket for Mumbai for which they denied and finally agreed to give me a full refund. After so many callbacks and arguments I finally received the refund after a long 60 day period. So my advice for everybody is to not trust this airline Air costa. I have also heard that they just have 2 to 3 aircrafts which shuttle around.
