I booked flight from Paris, France to Ottawa, Canada and the booking was not very convenient on-line. Plus, after the booking got completed they introduced me to their Aeroplan program. I registered for it and although the conditions mentioned that I would be able to earn my miles on the program even after booking the tickets, I couldn't do it and lost those miles.
I couldn't start on time from Germany because the flight was delayed and even after the flight was boarded, the cleaning exercise for the accumulated snow on the plane was active. I was delayed for the connecting flights. The seats of the flight was bad when compared to Lufthansa and there was nothing good about the meal too.
The only good experience was that once I landed in Montreal and missed my connecting flight, they just informed me that they are giving me the next flight's boarding pass and there was no hassle involved there.
Not a great experience!
