I have booked ticket from jaipur to bangalore through website on 14 th august 2016 it was the ticket booked for my cousins they are the first time plane travelers . When they arrive to take boarding pass these people asked 1200 rupees extra saying the booking site not reserved ticket so we need pay 1200 extra money to reserve ticket it was 6 member per person they charged 200 rupees extra .
My cousins are first time travelers they paid and got boarding pass after they called me while I was enquiring these people said it was premium seat so they took 1200 extra and they dint want to listen my words it is very worst service from air asia while booking tickets you have to think twice from this airlines.
