I recently had a bad experience with Airasia staff, most unprofessional crew members you can find on earth. No proper customer care, ticket booking low fares are just games to make you purchase their tickets.
I purchase to and fro tickets from Bengalure to Kochi. I had purchase 5 tickets and wanted to take my nephew age 4 yrs along with me on the day of flight.As known the price of the ticket should be more than 4-5K but I had to shell down 10K just for one ticket. Gave very silly reasons and made us pay this huge amount for one person. Such ridiculous.Do we pay for one person 10K just for one trip/one hour journey. No manger gave us a satisfactory answer on this.
When I asked the manager and other crew, no body knows the exact fare or reason for such huge price. Do we call Airasia a cheap airline.Shame on this company.Looting innocent public like us with such difference in on spot fares.Then why did the company say that Economical fares at cheap cost.
Also the Air hostess doesn't know customer care, speaking in US slang.Not answering to customer call for water, snacks etc.making fun of the customers, chit chatting among themselves with co-staff. Not communicating what is happening time lines for take off and landing.Just switching off lights during take off and landing without intimating. Such pathetic guys.Shame on you Airasia.
I have already cancelled my next month journey with this airliner. Request all customers/users. Please don't encourage this type of service and my experience with staff is unprofessional. If any one want proof of my journey like boarding pass/tickets.Please mail me. I have full proofs and shortly will lodge a suit in court very soon for justice.
