I booked one ticket from Chennai to Kuala lumpur return. At the time of payment, money was deducted from my account but they have not booked my tickets. From last 7 Days m giving fight against them. I send them all bank statement and passbook scan copy, 100 Times called up on toll free number.
They are saying yes, we got your money and today only will send your tickets on mail. Plz somebody help me out. As I lost my money I know because this airlines having 3rd class customer service. By god I will never travel trough this but plz somebody help me out. I want my tickets. Plz
