Last year just before lockdown I booked a flight with AirAsia Mumbai to jaipur connected flight, but coz of lockdown conditions I could not catch the flight I asked customer care executive that I want my money in cash form please help and do something
But It became a form of war they refused to give cash ...I was badly need of cash after lockdown and I requested him to provide it but he refused also they told to book flight next one thn it will adjust ..now a year after nowthey asked to book a flight from goibibo....
Service was averaged...
