My mom was traveling back from Sharjah to Ahmedabad on the 29-03-2019:
Flight Details-
Air Arabia G9 484 12:30 am to 4:35 am.
Before she was seated she kept her purse in the upper compartment of the seat.
Seat No: 1E
Later on, when her journey was completed she came out of the airport and to her surprise the phone wasn't there!
Maybe during the journey, it may have come out of the purse in the worst case next to impossible!
I have gifted her this phone a few days ago!
The Details of the phone, Boarding Pass, Passport, everything is attached and sent via e-mail to the airlines on this

She informed me about this incident, I started tweeting about it, sending emails trying to contact them and everything possible!
As I've sent an email tried contacting everyone possible but the team seems to be very irresponsible!
No one to hear & give proper guidance!

The Team is pushing responsibility from one person to another!
I have collected more than 10 official contacts of Team Air Arabia from Mumbai as well as Ahmedabad!
No Help provided by the Airlines till date!
I wish they knew what is their responsibility!
Never ever choosing this airline even in my worst nightmare especially for my parents!
The first EMI has not been deducted for this gift that I have purchased for my mom when it was lost!
