Had booked for 8 nights stay in Malaysia. Got pretty decent deals and hotels were just as shown in the website. Website also gives clear indication of where the hotel is located (Google map).
Make sure you read the refund policy as most low cost deals will charge one day room rent if cancelled or postponed. Depends on country also. I had got full refund when I cancelled my Goa hotels.
Hotel collection is pretty good with almost all big and small hotels are included in their database. Once I found that their rates were marginally higher than other site and according to their low price guarantee they paid me back that difference. :-)
Well, you might face problem if you are trying to reach their customer care. It used to be in UK (not sure if they have one in India now). You might prefer to mail them rather than making a ISD call and they take at least a day to reply, time zone issues.
Other than this they are pretty prompt and better than most India booking sites like Makemytrip and Yatra, who cheat and never accept their mistake.
