It's time for "Chikni Chameli"...;). Review on Agneepath Songs

Agneepath,directed by Karan Malhotraisthe most awaited movie of 2012. It’s been in News for many reasons. First, off course for its Title, Second, for deadly & Scary looks of Sanjay Dutt, Third, for the different looks of Hrithik Roshan,and Fourth, First time Mr. Rishi Kapoor plays a Negative role in this movie.

I am so much excited for this movie as I am a die hard fan (Or can say A.C…:P) of Hrithik Roshan.Well, the Movie will be released on 26th Jan. 2012 but music of this movie had already been released on 16th Dec.’11. Music of this movie is composed by Ajay-Atul (another jodi in Bollywood)and Amitabh Bhattacharya pens Lyrics.Now let’s talk about the Music Album of this Movie.

Album opens with Chikni Chamelifeatures the hot & sizzling Katrina Kaif.Its an item number and very famous one now a days. In 2011 we have got Munni, Sheila & Jalebi Baiand for 2012 we have got Chikni Chameliin advance. Katrinais looking very hot & faaduin this song. Very well choreographed indeed. Lyrics of this song truly justify it as an item number. Our Sweet & Cute Singer Shreya Ghoshal sang this song.She proved herself that she can sing item numbers as well as soft & romantic songs. Must say, this Desi KatrinaRocks. I’ll give 4.5/5 to this song & to Chikni Chameli..:)

O Saiyaanis a soft song based on a painful, sad situation. It starts with a low note & with soft music but in between this song turns to higher note with the higher effects of violin. Roop Kumar Rathodgives his effective voice to this song & justifies the song very well. Lyrics of this song are very touchy & beautiful. Musical instruments are used in just a superb way. I’ll give 3/5 to this song.

Abhi Mujh Mein Kahinis a Romantic number in this music album. Again lyrics are so beautiful by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Sonu Nigam again creates the magic of his voice through this song. By listening to this song one can easily feel the magic of lyrics & the magic of Sonu’s soulful voice. High and Low notes are just playing with each other and every high note after a lower note seems just awesome. I’ll give 3.5/5 to this song for lyrics & Sonu Nigam.

Gun Gun Gunais a masti bharaSong sung by Sunidhi Chauhan& Udit Narayan.But Udit ji’s magic is almost missing from the song. Lyrics are quite good of the song, and it seems quite innocent because of its https://lyrics. It seems that it is based on the situation of having fun. I’ll give 2.5/5 to this song.

Shah Ka Rutbais a very good Qawwalli, beautifully sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Krishnaand Anad Raj Anad.

Joshilyvoice of Sukhwinder Singhadds appeal in this song. All singers sung their parts well. Use of Tablain between the song takes this to a higher tempo & fast music in the end takes this song to another level. Beautiful indeed!!! I’ll give 3/5.

Deva Shree Ganeshais a song on Ganesh Mahotsav. Ajay Gogavale’svoice is just tremendous in this song. It is based on the Pratishodhor you can say Revenge as seen in the promos of Agneepath.And that emotion we can feel through out this song. It’s just full of aggression. It’s a very-very nice song. I’ll give 4/5 to this song.

My Fav. are Chikni Chameliand Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin..!!!

All over the Music Album of this Movie is quite good. Do listen to the songs. I am sure you will like the songs otherwise Chikni Chameli is there …:P
