Agneepath - When one is consumed with revenge, it only results in being ruthless and get it regardless the cost. Thats Vijay Deenanath Chouhan(VDC) for you. More than a remake this film is a tribute to the makers of old version. The movie was quite a cult in yester years but this one just comes across normally. The new one has its own storyline beneath the broad revenge saga which gives a bit of novelty to the viewers. However the length of the film is a killer and starts loosing its audience post interval. Karan Johar could not help but deviate from the bloody agneepath and indulge into unnecessary relationship entanglements. Rauf Lala(Rishi Kapoor) a new character are impressive. Sanjay Dutt looks scary in his baldy look, clad in all black.Mr. Devil himself. Hrithik brings out a very steady and softer aspect of VDC which sometimes comes across his revengeful journey. In the end the audience just wait for VDC to take his revenge. Chikni Chameli does'nt impress at all. Overall a good entertainer. Some live and some die only for revenge!
