My Name is Rajiv Kumar and I am your existing customers who choosed your company to transport his all house goods safely from pune to Kolkata on 31st March 16. GC NUMBER IS 4493894.
Before fixing consignment I have been promised to transport my house hold goods through direct full load truck transfer.
Pune branch manager Mr. Pradeep clearly told me that since my house hold goods is more and it require 24 feet truck.
Material will be loaded in one truck and will be delivered directly at kolkata. Material will not go in sharing or kept at godown as I wanted to avoid too many times loading and unloading. But when my material got packed on 31 St March 16, they first tried to load it in a smaller truck of 20 feet. Since truck was small for total house hold goods, they forced me to wait whole night and next day after noon they brought new truck and loaded complete goods on that truck and promised me that now same truck will go to Kolkata and material will reach to Kolkata on 6th April 16.
Being a repeat customers of your company I trusted your employees and I traveled to Kolkata along with my family before 6th April 16 and stayed in a hotel waiting for some news about my truck. On 5th April 16 when I tried to contact pune branch manager Mr. Pradeep and other person from branch, every body started ignoring my phone call.
Infact when I tried to reach tracking team through your site they also behaved very rudely. Every one was telling me that they will respond in two hour but those two hour never got over. As a helpless customer I again waited for 6th April 16 and again tried to reach branch but I again got no response but thankfully this time tracking team responded me by saying that my consignment is still kept at Pune godown and pune team has not even transported the goods.
I got shock of my life for such pathetic level of service from such a reputed company. They told me a false story of truck breakdown. My question is when truck not even started from pune, how come it broke down. I am still unsure about delivery of my consignment. I am afffaid about damage which has happened due to multiple loading and unloading of household goods. Also I have to pay lodging charges at kolkata for each day your company delay my consignment. I really don't know where did I do mistake. I paid Complete money in advance. I clearly told that I need direct transfer and the same has been agreed by your team before fixing. I am feeling totally helpless ?? and expecting some support from you. I hope you will also not let down me like your other employees
