Don't expect any timely delivery of automobiles from them. Also don't expect they are capable enough to track your vehicle. My 2 wheeler is still missing, and my car is in transit since last 14 days. no idea when I will get it.
Avoid them if possible and go for some reasonable rate packer as they might give you a better service.
