Hello! Everyone. Today I am writing review on Agarwal Packers and Movers. I booked them from Delhi to Bangalore. I was promised 3 day delivery. My goods were picked up on time on Saturday 27th as promised but trouble started afterwards. First truck driver and company fought over payment issues which lead to my goods reaching Bangalore 4 days late. No information was provided about this delay. When I contacted them and asked about my goods, they talked rudely with me and said that your goods will be delivered on Monday and cut the phone Immediately. On Monday, when I still did not receive any updates of my delivery. I again called them . They told me that due to shortage of labour they are unable to deliver. Then again I have waited for 2 to 3 days . Seriously they take lot of time to deliver your goods.
They are least bothered about communicating customers. No SMS service to tell you where your goods are. The GPS tracking on their site never works. They have really worst ever customer care service I ever had from a company that I thought was good that is why only paid them more than other movers.
I am not going to recommend this to anyone ever.
