Unprofessional packers. Packers arrived late(2hours). Started packing in hurry without any concern for the goods using minimum of packing material. Kept on commenting on our household items(like there are too many of them etc. etc.). Without even asking anybody used our restroom and began storing the packed items on others flatmates parking space which had to be removed later. The worst part was delivery. Inspite of our repeated requests for smaller truck as bigger ones are not allowed inside the society they brought the bigger one. As expected the truck was not allowed to enter. They movers kept on delaying till 11:30pm hoping the society security will ultimately relent which they did not. Finally, they started to manually bring the stuff inside and which went on till 2am in the morning causing hardship to other inhabitants due to the noise created. They were, in fact, pressurising us to empty their boxes which they were supposed to do. Anyway we did it the unpacking part to prevent further delay. I urged them to set up the gas stove which they did with lot of reluctance.
In a nutshell, the whole procedure caused lot of hardship to us. Had they come in time and followed the instruction of carrying in a smaller vehicle, inconvenience could have been avoided. Finally we have multiple scratches in our furnitures. Will never recommend this Packer and mover to anyone.
