I shifted my house from Pune to Bangalore and the experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group) was horrendous. They loaded well in Pune. However in Bangalore the material was off loaded without any carpenter.
They dismantled the bed, almirah and other big things in Pune. However in Bangalore they just dumped the things in dismantled state on Thursday. After that I have followed with them day in and day out for Carpenter. However still the carpenter has not come.On Saturday I made almost 30 calls if not less. However one person directed to the other and at the end nothing happened.
So the shifting is of no use as I can not use my things. At the time of booking in Pune they refused to collect anything less that 100% balance and now after collecting the money the kind of service at the time of delivery is horrendous. Wish the quality of service has been better.
