I recently moved my bike from Noida to Bangalore using your services, despite reading bad reviews on mouthshut.com and other websites. I wish I could believe those reviews!
I chose Agarwal packers over others despite the fact that Agarwal charges almost double the amount charged by other packers, just because it looks to be a decent brand in this category.
I was expecting at least nice customer care for that extra charge, so that I don't need to wonder here & there. When I checked my bike status, it always says "on the way to Bangalore", even when I call customer care, they also don't know bike exact location. Then suddenly I got a call, that your bike has arrived. What is the consignment tracking then? Though I received my bike in one piece, but I am fed up with the quality of your sales representative Mr. Ajay(9810024609). He promised me that shifting cost will be exactly 8000, but I was billed for approx 8200. Though he promised me return of the excess amount, but I never got that; which is not an issue.
When my bike reached at my address, only 2 guys came to offload the bike from truck. Now they are searching here and there for help to offload the bike. No ramp used. They lifted the bike using silencer of bike. I think they did the same throughout the journey. My bike is not sounding good on start. I will now take it to service center to get it checked.
When I received my bike, SafeEx guys forced me to sign a slip, which says that I received my bike in good conditions, without even seeing the bike condition as it was packed. I signed that after talking to Mr. Ajay, as according to the rule, bike can't be unpacked without signing.(then why the slip says that I received the bike in good condition?)
They didn't even fix the mirrors that were packed separately, though I was told that delivery boys will fix them. I am still holding those mirrors, as I am not able to put those back. Now, I have to specially take my bike to service center.
It didn't end here, now after unpacking SafeEx guys forced me to give tip. When I refused, they dumped all the packaging material in my office campus and talked rudely. When I complained this thing to Mr. Ajay, NO ACTION TAKEN.at least I don't know.
Now after 2 months, I have to move my entire house stuff and car to Bangalore. I will never ever choose Agarwal Packer over other cheap services, when the services are same in both the case. Never expected such a bad customer experience from LIMCA record holders.
